3 Phrases to Describe my Dance Background are:

1. Being a native growing up in Roswell Ga, I studied ballet, jazz and tap from Carol and Bo Wagner, Laura Adler, Marcus Alford, Linda Bruhel, Bobbie Archer, and Atlanta Ballet.

2. BFA in Dance FSU. Ballet: Maria De Baroncelli, Richard Sias. Graham; Peggy Limon, Ethel Winter, Anthony Morgan, Lewitzky and Limon; Lynda Davis, Ken Ganado and Carl Wieman. Musical Theatre

3. Professional career; Dancer/ Entertainer Princess Cruise Lines; Cats, Evita, 42nd Street, Phantom of the Opera. Dancer for Atlanta Symphony Family Concerts, And Symphony Street, Dancer in 8 Atlanta Operas, 18 years Company Member Lee Harper and Dancers. I can’t decide if my second language is dance or Pilates! 

I love helping dancers stay strong and healthy through Pilates and corrective exercise. I have owned and taught at Reformation Pilates Studio since 2003. Most professional dancers do Pilates on a regular basis. Many RDC dancers can be seen at Reformation Pilates Studio working on their technique and balancing out their bodies. I am so proud of their hard work in the Dance and Pilates Studio.

Rhythm Role: Currently teaching Ballet and Pointe in my 20th season at Rhythm!

Years Teaching at Rhythm: 20 

Fun fact: While living and dancing in California for 10 years, I was the ballet teacher for Olympic ice skaters Todd Sand and Jenny Meno.

When not at Rhythm dancing,  I am teaching at my Pilates Studio, doing teacher training seminars, and hanging with my big family...including my big dogs Cass and Baloo!
